Lilly Wisark, LMT

Lilly has been practicing massage therapy since 2019 after completing the

Rogue Community College Massage Therapy Program. With a foundation in
Swedish massage, cupping, and trigger point therapy, she creates sessions
that blend relaxation with therapeutic intention.

Having personally navigated both physical injuries and mental health healing, Lilly brings a grounded, compassionate perspective to her work. Her own experience with whiplash deepened her commitment to supporting clients with similar challenges, helping them reconnect with their bodies and build confidence in their healing process. She enjoys educating clients about how their bodies work and offering simple, practical tools clients can
take home to support care between sessions. Lilly believes massage should
be accessible, sustainable, and viewed as an essential part of overall well being not just a luxury. Her goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel heard, cared for, and empowered in their wellness journey.

After becoming a massage therapist, Lilly spent several seasons working as a wildland firefighter. The physical demands of life on fire gave her a deeper understanding of how stress, fatigue, and repetitive strain show up in the body. She often helped her coworkers learn simple ways to care for their muscles and prevent injuries. An experience that strengthened her passion for education and practical, accessible self care. Fire shaped her into a therapist who values resilience, body awareness, and giving people tools
they can use long after they leave the table.
